I reproduced a hat body of BELL500-TX in 1950-60 generations. 
"The shape" of both sides that I cannot make in public JET. 
The smallest hat body size has good head, balance with the body, and have it on 眼深, and there is a sense of unity. 
Like general JET, I adopted firing styrene as a shock absorbent. 

I remove it and put it out with a washable inner for size.

To XL/XXL size head wall 60cm 

The hat body size does not change. 

Wide rubber lacing braid
